Today, I'm posting a solo episode where I share the 3 things that are keeping you stuck and how to get unstuck.

I needed to talk about them because I suffer from these metal blocks as well.
The three limiting beliefs I'm seeing over and over again are:
- Perfection
- Imposter syndrome
- Fear of the future
I share about each one, and share strategies I use in my own life to deal with them.
